Music for Tanzania! Concert for a Cause

Dr. Abe will partner with the Senior and Youth Choirs of Kirk of Kildaire Presbyterian Church, the Shaw University Choir, and Dr. Alison Arnold,  in a program of his original compositions to raise funds to send a piano and scholarship funds to the music department of Tumaini University in Tanzania.  The program entitled, “Laugh, Cry, Dance, Sigh: Music by Dr. Abe,” will feature original songs and choral works in several world music styles which incorporate audience participation.  It promises to be an inter-generational, cross-cultural, urban suburban, inter-racial, multilingual and interdenominational musical party!  Not to be missed!  A free will offering will be requested.
