The Evangelical Lutheran Church In America (ELCA) has again invited Dr. Abe to participate as a leader in the annual training event for young Lutheran musicians interested in multicultural worship. This event is held in Chicago and is not open to the general public.
The Milwaukee Heritage Chorale is one of Milwaukee's few chorale ensembles that features outstanding music of every expression of African American music, from classical, Gospel, jazz and popular. Dr. Abe has been invited to accompany the New Hernhut Moravian choir of St. Thomas, at their annual Easter program on March 28, 2015 in St. Thomas, V.I.. He is excited that they will perform his composition, "Fruit of the Spirit," which will also be included in their Canadian tour.
Dr. Abe will be teaching world percussion and serving as an accompanist for the musical presented by elementary and middle school aged children at the end of the music camp. This camp is open to the general public, and details will soon be forthcoming.

The New Herrnhut Moravian choir based in St. Thomas VI, will be performing in Calgary, Canada from August 1 - 6. Dr. Abe is honored to be the touring pianist for this outstanding ensemble under the able direction of Sister Yvonne Francis. Details of venues will be forthcoming.
